Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By making a reservation, checking in, dining, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Reservations and Check-In
  • All reservations must be confirmed with valid contact information.

  • A government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will attract a one-night charge.

  • No-shows without prior notice will be charged in full for the first night.

3. Payment
  • We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • All rates are inclusive of VAT and service charges unless otherwise stated.

4. Guest Conduct
  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully and avoid disturbances to others.

  • Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking rooms. A cleaning fee may be charged for violations.

  • The hotel reserves the right to deny service or remove any guest causing disruption or damage.

5. Liability
  • White Swan Hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

  • Safety deposit boxes are available at the front desk for valuables.

  • Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.

6. Use of Facilities
  • Access to the gym, restaurant, lounge, and other facilities is reserved for registered guests and approved visitors.

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • All guests use hotel facilities at their own risk.

7. Food & Beverage
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed without management approval.

  • Room service is available during designated hours and may attract a service charge.

8. Privacy
  • Guest information is treated confidentially in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

  • We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Modifications
  • The hotel reserves the right to modify rates, services, or these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Updates will be published on our official website and/or displayed at the reception.
